Stuff and Things About My Papa's Waltz

In the Poem, "My Papa's Waltz" the readers are supposed to fear Papa.  In the poem the only words that would show that Papa is a nice warm person is, "Then waltzed me off to bed." the rest of the poem shows how he isn't that good or nice of a person. The speakers attitude towards the father is that the speaker is afraid of the father.  The mother is there to show that multiple people are afraid of Papa.  Papa could be considered as a strong hard working man but he has a lot of problems and takes his anger out on his family. the rhyme shows the fear that the poem cam make on the reader.
